This Privacy Policy explains how Studiofi (“Studiofi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and AI product photography services (the “Service”). By using Studiofi, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect

- Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored only in encrypted/hashed form) when you create an account.
- Google sign-in information — if you choose “Continue with Google,” we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account to create and authenticate your account.
- Content you upload — product images and any files you submit to generate AI photography, along with the outputs we generate for you.
- Billing information — plan and credit usage. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Usage data — log data such as device, browser, IP address, and how you interact with the Service, used to operate and improve it.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create your account, authenticate you, and provide the Service;
- To generate, store, and deliver the AI images you request;
- To manage plans, credits, and billing;
- To send you service-related emails such as verification, receipts, and important updates;
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations;
- To improve our features and user experience.
3. Google User Data
Studiofi’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use the Google account data you authorize (name, email, profile picture) solely to create and secure your Studiofi account. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it except as described in this policy.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Service, and only as needed:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting;
- Stripe — payment processing;
- Resend — transactional email delivery;
- Google — sign-in (only if you use Google login).
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7). We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, or security purposes.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You can update your name and password in your account settings, or contact us to exercise any of these rights.
8. AI-Generated Content
Images generated through Studiofi are created from the inputs you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload. Please review our Terms of Service for details on ownership and acceptable use.
9. Children’s Privacy
Studiofi is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. International Users
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate protections for cross-border transfers.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Significant changes may be communicated by email.
