Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Studiofi (the “Service”). By creating an account or using Studiofi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Studiofi is an AI-powered platform that generates product and model photography from images and prompts you provide. We may update, add, or remove features at any time to improve the Service.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Studiofi.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Plans & Credits

Studiofi offers a free tier and paid plans (Starter, Studio, Brand). Each plan includes a set number of generation credits per billing cycle. Credits are consumed when you generate content and generally do not roll over between cycles unless stated otherwise. Plan features and pricing are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Studiofi to:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to use;
• Create content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that depicts real individuals without their consent;
• Generate deceptive, harmful, hateful, or explicit material, or impersonate others;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your Content & License

You retain ownership of the images and materials you upload (“Input”). You grant Studiofi a limited license to process your Input solely to provide the Service to you. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the Input you submit.

6. AI-Generated Output

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, you own the images generated for you (“Output”) and may use them for your commercial purposes. Because AI outputs can be similar for different users, we cannot guarantee that Output is unique. You are responsible for reviewing Output before use.

7. Intellectual Property

The Studiofi platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Studiofi and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or platform beyond using the Service as intended.

8. Payments & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees until you cancel. Taxes may apply. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

9. Termination

You may stop using Studiofi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Output will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studiofi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
